This is a third-party certification service conducted by the Health Tourism Certification Board to evaluate the quality of travel programs that bring health awareness along with travel pleasure, and to help consumers select operators with confidence, efficiently and rationally.

The Kumano Kodo has been a part of a World Heritage Site since ancient times. The "Oheji" route follows the Kii Peninsula along the sea, the "Nakaheji" route crosses the Kii Peninsula over the mountains, the "Kobeji" route leads from Hongu Taisha Shrine to Koyasan Mountain, and the "Iseji" route leads from Hayatama Taisha Shrine and Hongu Taisha Shrine to Ise Jingu Shrine. The Ise Road leads from Hayatama Taisha and Hongu Taisha to Ise Jingu Shrine, purifying and invigorating both body and soul.
